Traditionally, church leadership training mirrors corporate organizational training. It focuses not on leading through Jesus, being the Church, but on executing a particular role. While this in itself is not necessarily bad, what tends to happen is that the leadership style and decision-making process reflects the current cultural values, NOT the biblical values taught by Jesus. 

Lead Like Jesus is a training offered through the General Commission on United Methodist Men and strongly supported through the NACP to develop Godly-principled leadership styles to equip the Church as the bible teaches.
